A. The establishment shall have and maintain a certificate of registration with the Illinois Department of Public Health. Such certificate shall be conspicuously displayed within the sight of clients upon entering the premises of the establishment. Copies of the certificate of registration and any inspection reports shall be provided to the city within thirty (30) days of receipt by the establishment.
B. All body art procedures shall be carried out in accordance with all of the requirements of the Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment Registration Act (410 ILCS 54/1 et seq.) and the requirements of the Body Art Code (77 111. adm. code ch. 1, subch. m, sec. 797.100 et seq.), now or hereafter amended.
C. No more than two (2) body art establishments may be established at any time within the Local Business District. (Ord. 779, 12-9-2019)
