2-2-3: MEETINGS:

   A.   Place: All meetings of the zoning board of appeals shall be called by the chairman and held at the Chenoa City Hall.

   B.   Open To Public: All meetings of the board shall be open to the public 1 .

   C.   Minutes Of Meetings; Findings: The board shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon every question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating that fact. Findings of fact and decisions shall be prepared for each case reviewed by the zoning board of appeals. (Ord. 123, 1979)
