A. Enforcement Of Zoning: The zoning board of appeals is responsible for enforcing the provisions of title 10, "Zoning Regulations", of this code, and to hold any public hearings as required under the provisions of section 10-14-6 of this code.
B. Public Hearings And Testimony: At all public hearings before the board, the board shall require that all testimony by witnesses be given under oath. (Ord. 123, 1979)
