A. Board Established: The Chenoa zoning board of appeals is hereby established. The members of the zoning board of appeals and the chairman shall be appointed by the city council. A vacancy on the board shall be filled for the unexpired term of the member whose place has become vacant, such vacancy to be filled under the same procedure as in an original appointment. B. Members, Terms, Residency: The board shall consist of seven (7) members to serve respectively for two (2) year terms, or until their successor is appointed. Members will be appointed at the first meeting of the city council after municipal elections, or as soon as practicable thereafter. All members of the zoning board of appeals shall be residents of the city. (Ord. 636, 5-28-2013)
