10-4-3: INTERPRETATION OF ZONING BOUNDARIES:
   A.   The boundaries of the districts established by this chapter are as shown on the zoning map, which is a part of this title.
   B.   When the exact boundaries of a district are uncertain, they shall be determined by use of the scale of the zoning map.
   C.   When a right of way is vacated, the districts adjoining each side are respectively extended to the center of the area so vacated.
   D.   In the case of further uncertainty, the board of appeals shall interpret the intent of the zoning map as to the location of the boundary in question. (Ord. 123, 1979)
