No water from the City water supply shall be turned on for service into any premises by any person other than a person authorized by the City to perform this service. No water shall be turned on for service in premises in which the plumbing does not comply with the ordinances or codes of the City now in force or which may be adopted. However, water may be turned on for construction work in unfinished buildings, subject to the provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 147, 1980)
