No provision hereof shall make unlawful any act necessarily performed by any officers or employee of the park in the line of duty or work as such, or by any person, his agents or employees, in the proper and necessary execution of the terms of any agreement with the City Council. This Chapter is in addition to and supplemental to all City, State and Federal laws and ordinances. (Ord. 193, 1984)
