Any person, firm or corporation who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be punished by a fine as set forth in the general penalty ordinance of the city of Chenoa. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. The city shall have the power to remove or contract to have removed such vehicles and other materials from the premises, at the expense of the responsible party. (Ord. 472, 1-12-2004)
