For the purpose of this chapter, the words and phrases used herein shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them under the Illinois snowmobile registration and safety act, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 40/1-1 et seq., as thereafter amended. (Ord. 452, 1-28-2002)
