Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be given a written warning for the first offense, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second offense and not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for any subsequent offense. A separate and distinct offense is deemed committed each day such violation continues. (Ord. 630, 1-14-2013)
