A. Storage Restrictions: It is unlawful to keep or store any nitroglycerine or the explosive commonly known as TNT in the City in any quantities, excepting for medicinal or laboratory purposes, and for such purposes no more than one-quarter (1/4) pound shall be stored in any one building or premises. B. Storage Regulations: All explosives must be kept or stored in accordance with the rules of the State Fire Marshal, subject to the provisions of this Chapter. (1964 Code § 436)
