5-2-5-6: METAL DETECTORS:
The use of metal detectors and related devices or equipment used for the purpose of ascertaining the existence and whereabouts of items of metallic construction, coins and similar items is prohibited on property owned by the city, or on property dedicated for public use, either expressly or impliedly. (Ord. 136, 1979)
