5-2-4-1: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
It is unlawful for any person to be guilty of disorderly conduct or of any conduct tending toward a breach of the peace. The causing or making of any unnecessary loud noise and shouting or yelling shall be considered disorderly conduct. (1964 Code § 477)
