The fees and charges for the disposal of garbage and refuse in the City of Chenoa shall be as follows:
A. Effective March 1, 2019, the following rate schedule for residential water users shall apply:

The recycling processing charge may be subject to an annual recycling adjustment to be approved by Chenoa. If such adjustment will occur, such notice will be provided to the residential water user as soon as possible by notification on the City water bill and by City ordinance.
B. Effective November 1, 2019, twenty dollars ($20.00) per cubic yard per month for commercial refuse disposal users.
C. When service starts on or before the fifteenth of the month the total monthly charge shall be due. When service starts after the fifteenth of each month no charge shall be payable for that month. When service is discontinued on or before the fifteenth of the month no monthly charge shall be due for that month. When service is discontinued after the fifteenth of each month the total monthly charge shall be due for that month. (Ord. 424, 5-29-2001; amd.
