3-8-1: TITLE:

This chapter shall be known and cited as THE HOTEL OPERATORS' OCCUPATION TAX ORDINANCE and the tax herein imposed shall be in addition to all other occupation or privilege taxes imposed by the state of Illinois and city of Chenoa. (Ord. 435, 10-22-2001; amd. Ord. 805, 10-27-2020)
