§ 154.036  CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY OF CHEBOYGAN SPECIAL USE PROVISIONS.
   Any and all businesses which fit the definition of a sexually oriented business require a special use permit, regardless of zone, through the review process of the Planning Commission.
