This subchapter is an amendment to Chapter 154 of the City of Cheboygan Zoning Ordinance to provide for the regulation, control and prohibition of certain undesirable adult businesses, sexually oriented businesses, and adult entertainment establishments, near certain zoned districts which allow the following primary or secondary uses; residential, recreational, religious, educational, and other business interests where alcoholic beverages are sold.
