§ 154.016  BOUNDARIES.
The boundaries of the zoning districts are hereby established as shown on the zoning map which accompanies this chapter and which map with all notations, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this chapter as if fully described herein.
   (A)   Unless shown otherwise, the boundaries of the districts are lot lines, the centerlines of streets, alleys, roads, railroads, or such lines extended, and the limits of the city. Where district boundaries are shown as coinciding with street, alley or road right-of-way lines, the boundary shall be the centerline of such right-of-way.
   (B)   Where, due to the scale, lack of detail, or illegibility of the zoning map accompanying this chapter, there is an uncertainty, contradiction, or conflict as to the intended location of any district boundaries shown thereon, interpretation concerning the exact location of district boundary lines shall be determined upon written application to, or upon its own motion, by the Board of Appeals.
