§ 153.60  WATER FRONT SUBDIVISION.
   In any new subdivision of land bounded by the Straits of Mackinac or the Cheboygan River, there may be dedicated to public use certain areas of land which extend to the water front and which shall be agreed upon between the subdivider and the City Planning Commission.
