§ 153.59  RAILROADS.
   Where subdivisions are adjacent to a railroad, a parallel street shall border the railroad and serve as an interceptor street for minor streets. Between the street and the railroad, there shall be a strip of land of a width not less than the depth of one lot which may be desirably used in residence districts as a park but may be used for business or industrial purposes in appropriate districts if required.
