(A) Streets shall be platted a sufficient distance apart to allow for a block width containing two tiers of lots with an alley or easement between.
(B) No block shall be longer than 900 feet between street lines unless the Planning Commission deems this restriction impractical.
(C) Where blocks are longer than 600 feet between street lines, there shall be provided public walkways and utility easements at the approximate center of the block. The Planning Commission may waive or vary this requirement where necessary.
