§ 153.52  STREETS AND ALLEY WIDTHS.
   (A)   Width of major streets shall conform to the widths established by the major street plan.
   (B)   Widths of local streets shall, in general, be not less than 66 feet.
   (C)   The street or alley lying along the boundary of a subdivision may be dedicated one-half of the required width if it is practical to require the dedication of the other one-half when the adjoining property is subdivided. Such portion of a street shall be distinctly designated upon the plat as being a portion only of a street and not in full width thereof.
   (D)   Whenever there exists a dedicated and recorded one-half street or alley on an adjoining plat, the other one-half must be dedicated on the proposed plat to make the street or alley complete.
