§ 153.34  APPROVAL TO BE CERTIFIED ON MAP.
   Approval of the City Planning Commission shall be certified on the map by the Secretary pursuant to authorization by the City Planning Commission and no plat shall be approved by the City Council without the prior approval of the City Planning Commission.
