§ 151.05 CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS.

No person shall occupy any mobile home or premanufactured building as a dwelling or commercial building within the city until a certificate of approval shall be issued by the Zoning Officer, which permit shall indicate satisfactory compliance with all requirements of the zoning ordinance and building code.
