As a condition of the issuance and maintenance of a license, the following conditions shall be applied:
(A) The height, yard, lot area, lot width, building coverage, sign and parking requirements of a business shall conform to the requirements for the zone in which it is located and with the standards for special land use approval contained within the city zoning ordinance;
(B) No person shall reside in or permit any person to reside in the premises of a business;
(C) A tobacco business may not be operated within 500 feet of another tobacco business;
(D) (1) For the purpose of this chapter, measurement shall be made in a straight line, without regard to intervening structure or objects, from the nearest portion of the building or structure used as a part of the premises where a tobacco business is conducted to the nearest property line of the other premises.
(2) For purposes of this division the distance between any two tobacco businesses shall be made from the closest exterior wall of the structure in which each business is located.
