§ 112.02 FIRE INSPECTION AND REGULATIONS.

No license shall be issued until such time as the Director of Public Safety has determined that the proposed location of each coin-operated amusement device will not interfere with egress from the building in case of fire, and that all fire regulations have been satisfied.
