§ 97.03  INTERPRETATION.
   This chapter shall be construed liberally to ensure the public health, safety and welfare as they are affected by the maintenance of rental structures and premises. The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed cumulative and shall not be construed to prevent the enforcement of other ordinances or regulations or the utilization of other remedies.
