(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.22 or tampers with the operation of a smoke detector shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
