(A) The City Manager shall appoint the Cemetery Superintendent who shall be head of the Department. The Superintendent/Sexton shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter, the operation and maintenance of the cemetery and the regulation and removal of all trees or shrubs on all property within the cemetery.
(B) The City Council may enact rules to further regulate cemeteries within its jurisdiction and to supplement the provisions of this chapter.
