§ 74.02  DEFINITIONS.
   COASTER WHEELED DEVICES .  Any roller skates, roller blades, skate boards, or toy wheeled devices operated or propelled on or by a coaster type wheel.  These coaster wheeled devices are propelled by human power but include those which may be propelled by motor.  Human power often times control the movement and direction of the device.
