(A) An owner, holder, occupant, lessee, agent, or trustee of property may in lieu of making a complaint for a violation of § 72.20 post such property with notice that parking is prohibited and in such event it shall not be necessary for a complaint to be made by the owner, holder, occupant, lessee, agent, or trustee of such property.

(B) The notice referred to in division (A) above shall be located on the property in a conspicuous place clearly visible to persons making use of said property and shall contain the following language:
“NO PARKING WITHOUT PERMIT - VIOLATORS WILL BE TICKETED OR TOWED”.
