§ 72.04 DAMAGING, TAMPERING WITH METERS.

It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to open, or for any person to deface, injure, tamper with or break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed pursuant to this code, or to hitch any animal thereto.
