(A) The city shall be divided into three voting precincts which shall be numbered, located and bounded as prescribed in this section.
(B) Precinct 1A shall be the entire geographical area of the city lying southerly of Court Street and westerly of South Western Avenue.
(C) Precinct 2 shall be the entire geographical area of the city located northerly of Court Street and easterly of South Western Avenue thence easterly across the Cheboygan River to a line commencing at the intersection of the center line of Garfield Avenue and the south city limits line, thence northerly along the center line of Garfield Avenue, South "F" Street and North "F" Street to East First Street, thence easterly along the center line of East First Street to the centerline of Duncan Avenue, thence northerly along the centerline of Duncan Avenue to Lake Huron and the point of ending.
(D) Precinct 3 shall be the entire geographical area of the city located easterly of a line commencing at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and the south city limit line, thence northerly along the center line of Garfield Avenue, South "F" Street and North "F" Street to East First Street, thence easterly along the center line of East First Street to the center line of Duncan Avenue, thence northerly along the center line of Duncan Avenue to Lake Huron and point of ending.
