(A) After the effective date of this section, any full-time employee of the city shall establish a residence within 20 miles of the corporate limits of the city with the exception of those officials obligated to be within the boundaries of the city as set forth in the Charter.
(B) Any city employee violating this section shall be subject to discharge after a hearing before the City Manager.
(C) Any appeal of the determination of the City Manager shall be directed to the City Council whose decision upon appeal shall become final.
