Sec. 12.6. BOARD OF REVIEW.

The members of the Council shall comprise the Board of Review. Meetings of the Board shall not constitute meetings of the Council in its functions as the legislative body of the city. The remuneration of the members of the Board of Review shall be the same compensation as may be from time to time provided by state law for serving on the Board of Supervisors.
