1-3-3: COMPLIANCE WITH ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL CODE:

It is the intention of the Village President and Board of Trustees that this Code conform in all respects to the Illinois Municipal Code of the State of Illinois, as amended. Any section of this Code not so conforming shall be read and interpreted so as to conform. (1990 Code § 1.502)
