Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. Revocation or suspension of a license may be in addition to the imposition of a fine or other penalty for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, and such revocation or suspension shall be no defense to a prosecution for such violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 97-4, 3-17-1997)
