3-2-25: INSPECTIONS:
All licensees are hereby required to make available for inspection by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner and the Kankakee County Sheriff's Department the premises where liquor is sold, served or consumed. (1990 Code § 11.326; amd. 2019 Code)
