3-2-23: PROHIBITED CONDUCT ON PREMISES; EXEMPTIONS:

A. No lottery, game of chance, gambling or gaming device shall be kept or used in any premises licensed hereunder, nor shall any licensee permit any illegal, disorderly or immoral practices upon the premises licensed. (1990 Code § 11.320; amd. 2019 Code)

B. The prohibitions under this section shall not apply to any person or entity defined under subsection 5-3C-1B of this Code. (Ord. 12-11, 8-6-2012)
