3-2-22: SALES TO, PRESENCE OF CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED:
   A.   Sales To: No licensee shall sell, give, or deliver alcoholic liquor to any minor or to any intoxicated person, except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-16.1. (1990 Code § 11.321; amd. 2019 Code)
   B.   Presence On Premises: No person under the age of twenty one (21) years, unaccompanied by his or her parent(s) or legal guardian, and no person who is intoxicated shall be permitted in or to loiter about any licensed premises; provided, however, that this subsection shall not apply to hotels, restaurants where regular meals are served, stores, clubs, bowling alleys, etc., where the selling, giving, or delivering alcoholic liquor is not the principal business of the licensee at those premises.
