A. Purchase Or Possession Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to purchase or obtain any alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the Village where alcoholic liquor is sold or to have same in his or her possession. (1990 Code § 11.322)
B. Sale Or Delivery To Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any adult to give, sell or deliver to any minor, directly or indirectly, any alcoholic liquor. (1990 Code § 11.324)
C. Misrepresentation Of Age: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the Village where alcoholic liquor is sold. (1990 Code § 11.323)
D. Responsibility Of Parent Or Guardian: It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to knowingly suffer or permit his or her minor child to violate any provisions of this chapter. (1990 Code § 11.322)
