A. Alcoholic liquors may be sold or served pursuant hereto in licensed premises during the following hours: nine o'clock (9:00) A.M., Sunday, to one o'clock (1:00) A.M. the following day; six o'clock (6:00) A.M., Monday through Thursday, to one o'clock (1:00) A.M. the following day; six o'clock (6:00) A.M., Friday, to two o'clock (2:00) A.M. the following day; and six o'clock (6:00) A.M., Saturday, to two o'clock (2:00) A.M. the following day. Provided, however, that on New Year's Day, alcoholic liquor may be sold and consumed on the premises until three o'clock (3:00) A.M. (Ord. 13-03, 5-6-2013; amd. 2019 Code)
B. No licensee shall permit any person or persons other than licensees or employees to remain on the premises where liquor is offered for sale longer than thirty (30) minutes after said closing hour.
C. The hours herein stated shall be the time prevailing in the Village, whether daylight saving time or central standard time. (Ord. 13-03, 5-6-2013)
