3-2-17: VIEW OF PREMISES:
   A.   No curtains, drapes, screens, doors, partitions or view obstructing device shall be used or built within any establishment or premises used by any licensee for the sale of liquor, and erected for the purpose of concealment or hiding any person or patron of such establishment.
   B.   The interior doors of said licensed premises shall, at all times during business hours, remain unlocked, and the exterior windows shall, at all times, be maintained in a condition so as to afford an unobstructed view of the entire interior of said premises from the exterior thereof during the hours that liquor is sold therein.
