A. The location of a licensee's place of business may not be changed unless upon written permission first issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. No change shall be permitted except to a location permitted under the Act referred to herein and the ordinances of the Village. (1990 Code § 11.313)
B. The fee to transfer use of a license from one location to another, after permission is granted, shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). No license shall be transferred without the consent of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. (1990 Code § 11.308)
