A. Within the Village, alcoholic liquor shall be sold, at retail only, within any district duly zoned for business under classification of either B-1 or B-2. (1990 Code § 11.305)
B. Clubs, fraternal organizations, restaurants and hotels only may be granted licenses for the retail sale of alcoholic liquors in rooms situated on other than the first or ground floor of any premises. (1990 Code § 11.313)
