Every person licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall immediately post and keep posted while in effect, in a conspicuous place on the premises, the license so issued. In the event such license shall be lost or destroyed, a duplicate in lieu thereof shall be issued by the Village Clerk upon direction of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. (1990 Code § 11.315)
