A. The per annum fee for all licenses shall be payable on or before May 1 of each year in the form of cash, cashier's check or certified check. All payments for a given period shall be payable in advance at the time of filing the application therefor. (1990 Code § 11.308)
B. When a licensee sells or transfers the business to another, the successor shall pay to the Village a fee of one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) in all cases where an existing valid license is reissued to the successor for use at the same location, in which event, the seller/licensee shall surrender the license for cancellation which shall include interest thereon. The successor shall first qualify and comply with all requirements of this chapter and pay in advance for the reissuance of the license. (1990 Code § 11.308; amd. 2019 Code)
