All applications for liquor licenses shall be referred to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner who, together with the License Committee of the Board of Trustees, acting as a commission, shall investigate the qualifications and character of the applicant. The Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall, within thirty (30) days after said application is received, approve or reject the application. In the event the application is rejected, all fees paid by said applicant shall be refunded. (1990 Code § 11.307; amd. 2019 Code)
