3-2-7: BOND AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Bond: The applicant shall execute a surety bond to the Village in the penal sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), with sureties to be approved by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, conditioned upon the faithful observance of the provisions of this chapter and the laws of the State of Illinois and upon the payment of all fines and costs which may be assessed against the applicant for violation of any of the provisions hereof.    B.   Insurance: Proof of dram shop insurance with limits of not less than the maximum amount recoverable under the provisions of 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-21, as amended from time to time, shall accompany the application. It shall be unlawful for the licensee to permit dram shop insurance coverage to lapse. Each day for which there is no dram shop insurance coverage shall be considered a separate offense.
