3-2-4: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person, firm or corporation shall sell, expose, offer for sale at retail, or display within the corporate limits of the Village any alcoholic liquor without first obtaining a license from the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. (1990 Code § 11.303)
